Welcome to the TRC Sales Notebook, a quarterly newsletter providing information on the services, features and competitive advantages of Two Rivers Conferencing to our valued customers.

Continued Growth & Positive Feedback Enables Advances In Web Conferencing

Two Rivers Conferencing has experienced an increase in monthly conference call volume of two hundred six percent (206%) or more since October of 2011 thanks mostly to the value our customers associate with using our services. Recent survey responses show one hundred percent (100%) of our respondents report they are “highly satisfied” with our services with a substantial percentage (87%) indicating they are “very likely” to continue using our services in the future. The combination of these positive events has reaffirmed our commitment to continually improving TRC's service capabilities and enhancing its range of service features in the months ahead without disrupting or changing the way our customers currently access or utilize our services.

This commitment has caused us to remove our older web conference platform at the end of November 2012 and replace it with a more advanced software based Unified Meeting solution. Unified Meeting will also allow moderators to launch an integrated web conference offering a full set of command and control functions plus an ability to provide simultaneous streaming video images of up to ten presenters via separately purchased and installed Logitech© web cams.

In short, all of TRC's customers will now have access to a world class set of highly valued communications solutions to assist them in better “managing the flow of communications” within their organization. These solutions could only be made possible through TRC's astonishing track record of growth combined with the favorable feedback received by its customers. Our goal now is that our customers and strategic partners derive the greatest benefit on their continued use of our services.

  • Contact info: Address, Phone number, Point of Contact, and email.
  • Account Users: New Users, Deletion of old users, New ID cards.
  • E-billing: updated email address for email invoicing.

Donate your Story So We Can Donate to Your Charity

During 2013 we are looking for new ways to educate our clients on the benefits others derive from their use of audio, web and videoconference services. We believe your experience as a conference call host, moderator or participant could provide others with helpful insights on the value of teleconferencing along with tips on how to make conference calls more effective and engaging. In return we will donate $50 to a charity of your choice as a reward for having your article selected for publication in an upcoming edition of our quarterly newsletter during 2013. On June 1, 2013 we will also select our "Best of the Best" among all submitted stories then donate $500 to the author's selected charity along with a commemorative plaque celebrating your success!
