Forty of 722, or 5.5% of all active users responded to our invitation to complete an annual survey on the quality of Two Rivers Teleconferencing's audio and web conference services this month. Their responses create a very positive image of our service quality and indicate our customers expect to continue using our services in the future. Ninety nine percent of the respondents indicated they are "somewhat to highly satisfied with our services" with most giving high marks to our ease of access; service availability; helpfulness of the service guides; and, customer service. Seventy percent of respondents indicated they are " somewhat or very likely" to continue using our services which they rate as "somewhat to much higher" in comparison to other companies offering the same services.
We were especially pleased that ten percent of respondents took the time to provide comments or ask questions. Most of the questions centered around features that are already available for use while one exemplary comment stated,"Your customer service is exceptional. It was also very considerate of you to temporarily, on your own, change our billing arrangement to suit our usage trend for a particular time period."
Just as rivers have the power to transform landscapes, we believe that our communication services have the transformational power to improve the quality and competitiveness of our customers' businesses. We encourage our customers to use these survey results as evidence of TRT's ability to effectively manage the flow of communications through the provisioning of exceptional service quality.
