Our Founder - Rick Riviere

Rick Riviere is the founder of Two Rivers Conferencing, and as Managing Partner, he directs its efforts to provide innovative and high-quality services to users of teleconferencing services.

Rick has extensive experience in the Conferencing Service Provider business, having previously founded Conference Plus, Inc. in 1988. Under Rick’s leadership, ConferencePlus grew to a $42 million conferencing service provider of audio, video and web conferencing through wholesale resellers, private label resellers and direct channel sales. With headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois, over 290 employees, and three operating centers located in the U.S and Dublin, Ireland, Conference Plus established itself as a premier provider of high-quality conferencing services, capable of continuously processing over 5,000 teleconferences per day. Until retiring in 2002, he served as CPI’s Chief Executive Officer, reporting directly to the Company’s Board of Directors.

Rick was named the Ernst & Young LLP’s 1998 “Entrepreneur of the Year” in the Media, Entertainment and Publishing Industry for Northwest Illinois for his work in the teleconferencing space. Rick is a graduate of Northern Illinois University, with a B.S. degree in Marketing. He has held positions in sales and sales management with AT&T and MCI Midwest. He has also served as Vice President and General Manager of US Sprint Communications, Midwest Business Market Group.
